Good news — we offer free shipping on all orders Australia-wide! No minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Processing time
Because every magnet is custom made just for you, please allow 3–5 business days for production after your artwork is approved. During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, wedding season) this may extend to 7 business days — we'll always let you know.

Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Packaging
Your magnets are carefully packaged to protect them in transit. We use bubble packaging to make sure they arrive in perfect condition.
