At Memory Press, we take your privacy seriously, because your photos and memories are personal, and we treat them that way.

When you place an order or get in touch with us, we may collect:

- Your shipping address
- Your phone number (if provided)
- Photos you upload for printing
- Payment information (processed securely through Shopify — we never see your full card details)
How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- Process and fulfil your order
- Contact you about your order status or quote
- Send you updates if you've opted in to our mailing list
- Improve our products and service
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
Your photos
Any photos you upload to us are used solely for printing your order. We do not share, publish or use your images for any other purpose without your explicit written permission.
We may ask separately if you'd be happy for us to share your magnet on our Instagram, but this is always optional and we'll never post without your consent.
