Memory Press is an Australian small business based in Canberra, ACT. We create custom photo magnets for individuals, events and businesses across Australia.
Your order
When you place an order with us:
- You confirm that you own the rights to any photos you submit, or have permission to use them
- You understand your order is custom made and subject to our Refund & Returns Policy
- You agree to review and approve your artwork proof before we begin printing
Photo ownership & copyright
By submitting photos to Memory Press, you confirm that:
- You took the photo yourself, or
- You have the photographer's permission to use it for personal printing, or
- You own the rights to the image
We are not responsible for any copyright issues arising from photos submitted by customers. Please do not submit photos taken by a professional photographer without their written permission.
Intellectual property
All Memory Press branding, designs and website content are owned by Memory Press and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Prices at the time of your order confirmation will always be honoured.
Limitation of liability
Memory Press is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
